Alana has made her mark on the global sport of surfing, in large part because she was fortunate enough to have sponsors who supported her travel the world to compete in the qualifying series, eventually making it to the world tour and competing at the highest levels of the sport. She wouldn’t be where she is today without having the support to get to those events, and make a name for herself as one of the best surfers on the planet. It’s her mission to give back to the sport that gave her everything, and to help connect the dots for the young talented women in surfing, to jump start their potential careers in the sport.
Support & Encouragement
Providing support to female talent in the sport of surfing
ABF will work with a specialized panel of surf experts, to discover and determine which female surfers have the level of talent necessary, but not the level of financial support necessary to excel at the highest levels of the sport. Selected athletes will be given an ABF sponsorship to help them to achieve their goals in the sport of surfing.
